I fell in love with the ad game at CP+B where I learned the art of negotiation, creativity with numbers, maintaining budgets, and managing people to bring out the best in them. After a few years, I knew I wanted to pursue a life in production full-throtle, so I switched gears, stepped on the gas and left my hometown of Miami for LA.
I’ve worked at boutique shops where I had to wear all broadcast hats at once, mid-size shops with bigger budgets, and a global agencies that gave me autonomy to bring all my experience to bear. Thriving in each of these environments in LA, NY and Miami gave me the confidence to move into the freelance world where I’ve been making magic with my clients and partners ever since.
